On SportsCenter today, they did a story on Brock Lesnar. Nothing too interesting, basically just told his story, which we all already know
There were only two interesting parts. He talked about how Indianapolis Colts coach and fellow Minnesota grad Tony Dungy asked him to try out for the NFL after college, and he said not doing it is a decision he regrets (indirectly implying that he regrets signing with the WWE)
He also talked about steroid accusations, and talks about how he was always a big guy, and he always passed his steroid tests in college. He said he has no problem whatsoever submitting to the NFL's drug testing program

I dont think you can get that kinda strength gain doing 'roids. The man was/is put together! Being able to lift a 400lb+ man onto your shoulders and spin him is no mean feat, and being able to suplex him on your own is also seriously power intensive.

I just went to ESPN.com, and what did i see splashed across the home page but a picture of Brock and a link to this article. sort of an interesting read. Brock comes across as sort of an asshole
One thing i was surprised about was i thought Brock would be able to bench a little more than that. 475 is obviously nothing to sneeze at, but i knew a guy in college who used to bench 405. He was really really big, but i figured Brock would still blow him away. I thought Brock would be able to put up well over 5 bills. RVD says he can bench 400 pounds, so i figured Brock could do MUCH more than that

I think the reason Brock's bench numbers isn't as high is due to his long arms. The bar must travel a lot further for Brock than it does for RVD, simply because RVD is shorter than Brock. I'm sure Brock squats a lot more than RVD. Bench press isn't the ultimate test of strength, so I'm not too surprised by those numbers. Plus, look at Brock's chest. He's definitely not lacking in development, where if you look at RVD, you wouldn't necessarily say he's "jacked."
Brock did come off as a bit of a jerk in the story. The gay comment isn't going to help him, that's for sure.
I still think we'll see Brock back in WWE by 2005. Although, he'll likely only comeback if he gets a deal similar to the one that Goldberg had, which is basically just showing up for TV each week and every PPV he's scheduled for. He'll work a very limited house show schedule (one every month or two) and likely won't make all of the overseas trips. McMahon would be stupid not to offer that to get him back. Plus, with the way he left, he's got a lot of heat on him from the fans, and would be a top heel off the bat.

on his website, RVD says he squats about 500 pounds....while Brock squats about 700, which is a lot, no matter who you are
Brock probably doesnt put a big importance on benching a lot
