There were some dreadful moments during WWE’s tour in Germany over the weekend.

At Saturday’s house show in Munich, Germany John Bradshaw Layfield did some Nazi mannerisms, mimicking Adolf Hitler, which was just a really unwise attempt to get heat from the crowd for his match against Eddie Guerrero. Many within the company felt that JBL totally crossed the line of good taste and decency, even for WWE’s standards. Some readers have grown so irate there are now people writing CNBC to stop him from appearing there anymore. Others also contacted the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs to report Layfield’s actions. We don’t have all the details, but it is apparently illegal to pay any kind of tribute to Hitler in their country. This was obviously a desperate and out right stupid attempt by Layfield to generate heat, no word whether this was a shoot or if WWE Okayed the promo, which we highly doubt.

At Sunday’s show in Oberhausen, Eddie Guerrero got really irritated by the crowd who were chanting against him from the start of his match against JBL. He began working the match as a heel but it seemed as the chants got to him, at once he grabbed the mic and began a “Germany sucks� routine and then flipped off the crowd. Backstage reports indicate that it was not planned for Eddie to fly off the handle like he did and only made the obscene gesture out of anger. Management was extremely upset with him for acting in such a manner, especially due to the fact that he his the WWE champion. Many within the company feel that he is just growing a little tired what with all the traveling and his recent post-PPV match bout of shock. Don’t be surprised if he is given a little time off soon.

Ya I read about what these two morons did. Bradshaw made a very sad cheap pathetic attempt to get heat because he couldn't get over if he payed the fans. Yes, it is illegal in Germany to show any symbolism of nazism, WWE superstars included and I won't be suprised if Bradshaw has to face some fines or legagl ramifications, what an idiot. Eddy's behavior shows me that pressure is getting to him. I guess I would be frustrated if I was the champ on a show that is beginning to look like a bad episode of WCW Thunder every week. I am not condoning his behavior by any means, even WWE wrestlers are representatives of our country and I would have to say I am a little ashamed of the behavior. I guess I am more so appalled by Bradshaw's actions.

What ever opertunities they had (again more so to Bradshaw) in and out of wrestling are in jeoprady. Eddie may even loose his title. What's worse after all the crap that happend to the US and what the US is doing to others, we really don't need anymore PR problems with the world.

I think what makes this worse is the fact that it came from wrestlers. Last time I checked the media loved to do negative coverage on wrestling. I think this thing is going blow up big time and Bradshaw could very well lose his job over this. Eddy may very well lose his belt. All I can say is stupid,stupid,stupid guys.

I dont think what Eddie done was particularly bad.. I mean saying 'Germany Sucks' is about as generic a heel promo as you can get.. and was probably playing the heel after beeing booed or whatever.

JBL however is a different issue.. Although I wouldnt have put it past the creative team to tell him to do it. Remember, these were the guys that were going to bring us General Hirohito

What JBL did, however, just was NOT cool.
