Now your a man in the know.. Backstage rumours seem to be very sparse on various newsboards. Have all leaks been plugged? or is there genuinely no decent news to report?

I don't "solicit" wrestling news. People from other sites are known to call or e-mail wrestlers specifically snooping around for information. But the people I know in the business, I know because I've booked them for shows, met them at other shows, or they contacted me through a recommendation from another worker with respect to bookings. They don't view me as a wrestling writer, they view me as a promoter, and/or as somebody they happen to know through wrestling. And so contacting them looking for news isn't something I'm willing to do. I know a few workers in WWE, and several in NWA TNA, but when I hear newsworthy items, it's because they choose to tell me. And when/if they're okay with me mentioning the item on the site, I do. But oftentimes they'd rather I don't for fear of them being scoped out. After all, it would only take a little digging for somebody to figure out who's leaking news to a Canadian writer.

Im just saying that there has always been a wealth of gossip on various sites.. but lately there is a total lack of it.

30% of all WWE wrestlers will be working with TNA within 6 months time. Apparently Vince is very upset with the quality of show that Smackdown is producing and is going to be combining the two shows again, thus leaving him with too much talent.

There have been rumors that Vince will be letting go such stars as Jamie Noble, Miss Jackie, Funaki, the Basham Brothers and even the Big Show !!!

I bet JV wont answer this thread again because he likes to seem too cool for the forum and all mysterious, whereas we all know everynight he gets home, pops some popcorn and puts on his favorite Barry Manilow CD and dims the lights as he puts his laptop and dog Francis in his lap as he sits down for an evening of entertaining Bouchie adventures.
