Fire one from each brand
Let's pretend that we're Vince for two seconds and can fire one (and only one) person from RAW and one from Smackdown. Who would you release? Here are my choices:

RAW: John Heidenrich (or whatever his name is. The fact that I can't remember it is reason enough to can his ass.)

Smackdown: Hardcore Holly (I picked him over Billy Gunn simply because of his bad attitude.)

These guys both need a lot of work and were brought up too soon. Of course, there are others in the same category as the above names, but since we can only pick one from each show, this is who I'm going with.
