Iron Mike Sharpe is my favorite jobber. I remember he used to wear a soft cast on his hand. He did this for like 5 years, and in every match, he would always threaten to walk out of the match in the opening minutes, just to piss the fans off. He actually got good heat off of it in the late '80's.
I was also a fan of the Brooklyn Brawler and Barry Horowitz.
I don't know if you could call the Armstrong's jobbers; I seem to recall them winning matches in WCW, and they were a big deal in a lot of Southern independent territories.

Yeah, but sadly the lightweight title doesn't mean shit, and hasn't done for a while. He was essentially used as a jobber when Lita was pushed at Essa's expense, when it was Rios that deserved the push.

Oh, on topic, I also liked Just Joe in his short stint with WWE.
