Let's hug it out bitch.
| Johnny Nitro I have a weird feeling about this dude. Its almost like they are placing him to be Eric Bischoffs replacement way down the line rather than an in ring performer. Maybe its just me. Wasn't TE3 like 2 years ago at this point? Am I exaggerating? Not sure, but one would think that he would have had a match by now. There is only so much TV exposure he should get before he has to tangle with someone. This is why I think he is being groomed for something besides an in ring performer. What do you guys think? | |

| Viva la Nitro I actually really dig the Johnny Nitro gimmick. The name is a clever move, and the black clothing makes Hennigan look quite a bit like The Adventures of Young Uncle Eric. Hennigan's still stiff on the mic and his character is a bit cliche'- yea and he is a cocky young heel with long hair. I think he should work on actually EMULATING Eric Bischoff-- try to capture what makes Eric, well, Eric in his promos and mannerisms. Because face it, Eric Bischoff is one of the greatest heels in wrestling history. If Nitro can get that kind of heat, he's golden. As far as in-ring work goes, I hear Johnny was a natural at OVW. When it's time for him to hit the ring, I'm sure he'll deliver as best as a rookie can. And TE3 was in early 2003, I'm pretty sure, so it ain't been that long. I sure miss me some Maven, though. | ||||||||||||||

| I have also heard that he was pretty talented in the ring as well. But then again, some people said the same thing about Tazz. Tazz also made a terrific career decision by not ever wrestling again. ![]() | |

| It's funny but he seems so WCW like. Which fits in with his whole name and music intro. | ||||||||||||||

| Wrestling fans are suckers for anything that brings back old memory, hence why everyone loves Johnny Nitro's music. I really think that if he can actually put on some good matches, he could get over with the RAW brand...BUT, he doesn't have the size to intimidate anyone, so he couldn't really be a bodyguard. I'm thinking more along the line of a "corporate sellout" who mainly gets his ass handed to him by the face before they get to Bischoff. But, just like JV said a week or so ago...he does sound like a 10 year old kid. | ||||||||||||||
