On Smackdown Michael Cole just called Hardcore Holly a locker room leader. From what I've heard most people call him a whiny bitch because he can't get over with the fans or a decent push. :lol:

It's because TV is fake and backstage is real. The Hardcore Holly bashing is old too, just people trying to fit in.

He is not a whiny bitch from what I can see, he's just a man trying to fight for his goals and gets what he wants. HHH does the same thing backstage, that's why these guys have all of these backstage power because they have the guts to stick up for themselves and get what they want and achieve their dreams. Getting what you want won't fall into your lap, in order to get what you want, you must do all you can to get the bookers/writers attention. That's what Hardcore and HHH does. There is nothing wrong with that.

Well being at the company for what seems like the stoneage and being a 7 Time WWE Hardcore Champion a 2 time WWE tag team champion and wrestling at stright Manias is nothing to scoff at. Yeah Rocky, Hulk and Bret have done better, but many like Spanky, Gowan, K-Kwik and Kayon don't even get that far.

The only thing I seen him ever get is one title shot with a guy who broke his neck. That was most likey just because of exactly that, he got a shot because he stuck his neck out (lol) for the company and they were rewarding him.

Umm, ya might want to take a look at that hardcore title list before you go and use it as bragging rights for him. Who hasn't at some point been the hardcore title holder? Hell even a ref and the Stooges held the belt. Also, there are a lot of people who been tag champ at least once or twice.

Why is it everytime someone has an opinion or about a wrestler, it is bashing? If anything is getting old it is hearing the word "bashing".

Holly has never really been over. He was in mediocre tag teams, he had a half decent midcard push when feuding with Jericho and Chyna over the IC belt circa Royal Rumble 2000, but thats about the peak of his success. Hes not exactly solid in the ring (watch the Brock - Holly match again and tell me he doesnt look green :S) which might be a controversial point to some, but I think is perfectly valid. He just doesnt have 'it'. I think anything that gets you over that ISNT due to wrestling ability and sheer talent is underhanded, but then its about what sells, and marketability. Holly fits into neither of those two categories.

He almost won the IC title from Double J back around 1995 but the decision was reversed (title was declared vacant as I recall) and a rematch was signed for the following week, where he lost.lol.

And yes, I agree that the Hardcore title is/was a joke. No one should be putting that on their resume anytime soon.

Well in his whole carrer how many gimmicks has he had. He had three, Sparky Plugg (A race car driver whoop-d-do), Bodacious Bob (Taged with Bombastic Bart) and Hardcore Holly (the most scusessful of the three gimicks. The WWE, needs to freshen up his Hardcore gimmick by giving him a valet (like his wife BB), a sidekick or somthing. Then change that played music. Hey a vast change in style worked for the likes of Gregory Helms, John Cena and Bradshaw. Also get him on the mic some more. Sure he sux, but Haas and Benjamin are terrible too, RVD and Benoit barely speak. I feel anyone, with wrestling training can become over with the crowd, even Holly.

Benjamin isn't terrible on the mic. He's far from great, but he's competent. That skit of the APA he did with Haas was great, and he's done snippets backstage that have been good. Benoit also has improved. His stiff mic style suits his realistic in-ring ethics.

RVD sucks though.
