Tonight here in the UK, on The Wrestling Channel is the first of many weekly Shoot interviews. Tonights interview will be with Jake Roberts.. always good to see Jake dishing dirt.

I dont know about you papa, but i really thought he was kind of an arse hole. He hates everyone more tallented than he is, and every little thing that the interviewer said he enjoyed was jakes idea, everything that he didnt, he was forced into.
However I did think what he said about beyond the mat was intresting. For those who didnt see it, he claims he was shown in a false light and that him and his daughter are actually on really good terms now. He also admitted he smokes crack, so make what you will of that.
The main thing that pissed me off was when he actually said kurt angle had no tallent. I mean WHAT THE HELL.
Lost a lot of respect for him, even more than id already lost after beyond the mat.

Yes he did come across as being very bitter towards certain people. Especially Barry Blaustein and Bill Watts. Overall i did sympathise alot with Jake Roberts.. the way he is labelled as a no good addict and alchoholic etc.

Its a shame for Jake. I really think he could be a fantastic booker or agent.. but as JR once said, he has too many personal demons

Other honourable mentions: Claims the WWF Locker Room was terrible for backstabbing and politics. Jake claims his only weakness was being a bad politician. Jake also claims management encourages politics so wrestlers can bitch amongst themselves without bitching to management.

Didnt have much bad to say about Vince.. Claims Steroids and Other Drugs were essential to fullfilling tours and dates. Drugs were an aid to wrestling rather than being used for recreational purposes.

Also believes that its impossible to burn bridges in wrestling if you have any talent
