1. These wrestlers are human beings, not objects.
2. Since they are human beings, human beings makes decisions.
3. Since it's their life, they do what they want with it.
4. If they feel WWE is not their thing anymore, they have every right to leave if they want to.
And 5. If wrestlers decide to leave, Vince McMahon accepts it and understands their reasons.
Vince would only let someone go if it was in his interest. You can bet your bottom dollar that if Brock Lesnar was selling out arenas left right and centre based clearly on just HIM being there, then Vince would tie up everything that Lesnar contributed to to maximise the money he made from him.
I mean when Scott Hall and Kevin Nash left WWE back in the day to join Turner's WCW, Vince was pretty ticked off! There wasnt a heck of a lot that he could do about it though, since no-compete clauses and contractual obligations were structured a whole lot differently then.
Seems that Sable (who is apparently Brock's segiffcant other) may leave too.
I heard they were just good friends. Brock is married with a baby. They could have separated or something. Man if they are together, how many years difference is that?!
Just from reading this thread and seeing only about the last 10 min or so of Smackdown, I am believing there is validity to this 'rumor' about Brock's departure.
His preformance recently has been lacking from his 'animal' persona, less of the higher risk move, obvious complaints about the travel, and the list goes on. I also noticed a comment made in here that 'he wanted to pursue and interest in joining the NFL'. Jordan did it with baseball, Deon did itwith baseball to football. Obviously the travel is not as rigorous if he should land a job in the NFL, there is always a chance at better pay if his talents prove to be acceptable, not to mention someone else pointed out he has enough 'f...you' money to hold him over for a while.
Another point I started thinking of is that with some of the talent in the WWE leaving, taking a movie break of injury break, it would leave less workers and more room for stars to appear on other shows like the trend is begining to happen. A possible merge of the company again? Not likely but with weakened rosters due to people leaving it "may" be in the future. Also the way some predictions are going with WMXX, Benoit winning and Guerrero retaining, would that be a match to culminate both their work together over the years if they battled for a unified title?
Wishfull thinking but nothing is impossible in a business known for making rash decisions without major notice. I predict a future merge once again, only this time if done right they can make each division it's own again and make the respective titles worthwhile again. I think it's better if you have 8-10 teams battling for the tag titles instead of 4-5 on each show...
Anyway, that's my rant and MY opinion on what I am reading out of this.

Only problem with that logic is Vince has contracts to keep the guys on board for awhile. They just can't get up and leave whenever they feel like it. If that was the case Vince would have no security of knowing who he has working for him from week to week.
I think he is an ungratefull bastard. WWE mafde him the star he is and also the money he made. Every other wrestler as had to wait their turn (Guerrero, Benoit and even Steve Austin, The Rock and Triple H had to wait back in the day) while he got rammed down are throats straight away by squashing stars like The Hardy Boyz and RVD the only problem now is it doesnt leave smackdown with many main event wrestlers (Kurt Angle, Eddie Guerrero, The Undertaker and possibly John Cena) so it would be wise to put wrestlers like RVD and booker T on Smackdown instead of sticking them so low on the card on RAW.
