Rep Power: 24   | Naaa, Hogan started looking like that because he went heel in NWO. Billy didn't get that look until the mid late 80's and before that he looked more like jesse the Body. He had hair on his head and no facial hair at all. Hogan always had that style mustache. Only thing Hogan did different was have the 5 O'clock shadow to add to the bad guy image. |
