Rep Power: 113 gXboxLive Position: 57th | With Vince's major announcement on Raw last night.....................now this thread has some legs. Where do you guys think people should go? I will post mine later. But I think this has the potential to be a MAJOR disaster ! The WWE has just seemed to straighten the whole split promotion thing down pat and now they start messing with it again. Not good. I will say this though, people have their favorite wrestlers and will not be happy with this move. I personally, rarely ever see Smackdown and rarely ever miss Raw. I wont be happy at all if I see my favorites Chris Jericho, Christian or Shawn Michaels go to Smackdown. I am sure other favorites of other stars WILL be moved. So this may have some damaging effects. I -WILL- be happy if they move Torrie Wilson to Raw. Giddy up. I saw her last night. She is gorgeous. | |

Rep Power: 47 | i think they are doing this because of that stat that Vince and Linda keep bringing up in interviews and conference calls, about how 70% of Raw's fans watch Raw only, and 70% of Smackdown's fans watch Smackdown only I guess the thinking is that if youre one of those RAW-only fans, if half of your favorite Raw stars are on Smackdown, you'll start watching Smackdown I also think they realized how unbalanced the rosters are, and decided a lottry is the best way to even it out. Smackdown is sorely lacking in top talent, especially now with Brock gone. | |
