I admittedly did not watch RAW this week. I did read the review on wwe.com, and also JV's review.
I agree that Triple H vs Spike is a nice change. Not sure how believeable it would be for Spike to get a lot of offense in when Triple H is suppose to be the champ. On the other hand, it does make for an exciting match (although, in a non-title match, probably not the same amount as with the Taka/HHH match before - which was for the gold).
The Undertaker/Kane and Brock/Goldberg matches are going to be awesome at Wrestlemania, IMO. The buildups are nice, especially for Taker & Kane. I wish I had seen the Taker tease this week. That one angle alone is enough to make me want to tune in next week.
That WWE originals dance/plug thing sounded like one of those times were I would have been embarassed to look at the screen. Not because I'm easily offended, but because I'm embarassed for WWE producing such a lame spot.
The Jericho/Trish angle is now just a soap opera. I can't really say I am enjoying it; I think they are dragging this one out way too long. Similar to the Chavo/Eddie split that everyone could see coming a mile away, but had to watch it unfold week after week. Most people are enjoying this Trish thing though. I don't understand it but to each their own I guess. Maybe it's cause I just don't really like Trish, or Jericho, for that matter.
The 3-man broadcast booth takes us back to the mid 90's when JR, Vince, and Lawler all had a seat there. It was ok then, mind you Vince wasn't "Mr.McMahon" yet and he was somewhat normal. Now we have Coach but I wonder if it'll last any time. Lord knows, JR and King need something to refresh their stale commentary. Although, it's doubful that Coach is that something needed.
Well, I ranted long enough. What did everyone else think of RAW this week?
