Rep Power: 19 ![]() | What will change WWE? As I've read JV's last RAW report I've realized that the same report could've been done for the last two years. WWE, as we all know, is just stuck in a level of staleness that is beyond comprehension anymore. What's going to be the thing that gets WWE out of this, what will bring about a change? Will it be The Rock returning? Will it be giving a guy like Chris Benoit (ie, a guy who can tell a great story in the ring) a chance with the title? Will it be competition from an outside company? Will it be downsizing to just one show? |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | 1. Rock isn't returning full time, So that won't really do anything long term. The only thing that will help will be doing AWAY with the seprate brands....It just SUCKS! And I think it limits them. I say put it back to just one brand WWE, And still have Raw and Smackdown. That way it wont be 2 different dtorys each week. It'll be one story with 2 shows.....Plus that will help with building up for PPV. |

I don't see the Rock ever coming back full time unless his next 3 movies are complete bombs. He has been payed some 20 million bucks from all the movies that he has filmed recently. He is all set.

If you believe in all the hype about The Rock being the next big action star you should bang your head against the wall, and then, take a look at all the other action stars who are being called "the next big thing" (including that gay black guy who does the commercials for K-Mart and Joe Boxer).

Rep Power: 24 ![]() ![]() | You might want to re-think that Miakal. The Rock is being rumored to be concidered for the next Teminator if they make another movie. I am %99 sure that he will become the next big action movie star. Who else is there right now with his size and popularity that could do it? All the others like Arnold and Sly are all but done and there is no one else there to fill their shose other then The Rock. |

Rep Power: 19 ![]() | Vin Diesel and Keanu Reeves have both been called the "next big thing," and unlike The Rock, have actually been in huge blockbuster movies. Sure, The Rock has had a couple number ones (I believe) but both movies opened on weak weekends and were quickly tossed off the charts. And both movies didn't make all that much money. As for him being rumored to be in the next Terminator movie who knows. Chyna was rumored to be in the last one. |

Rep Power: 24 ![]() ![]() | Vin Diesel and Keanu Reeves had to go through a lot more then The Rock to even get noticed and they had much lesser roles then the Rock did when he started out.Of course he has to get movies under his belt first and at least he is staring in all of his roles and not co-staring now. Give him time and for directors to see him do his thing and bigger movie offers and roles will be coming his way soon enough. |

Rep Power: 19 ![]() | I don't believe that Vin Diesel has done a lot more than The Rock to become a big action star but that's not really the point. My point is, The Rock is hardly a safe bet at being a big action star. I think you are a lot more realistic to say that he won't make it than to say that he will. It's a tough business and it's unlikely that he'll actually make it. Even if he makes it with some movies I think he'll eventually make a full return to pro-wrestling. I doubt he'll score it big with action movies and be set career-wise. |
