RAW - Chicken with a side order of Wrestling please...

Why that title? Many things on Raw made me want chicken tonight, and some turned me off chicken...

I have always been a fan of Molly Holly. I am not a womanizer but really appreciate the female form. The first thing to make me want chicken tonight was her. In an age where the majority of preformers (majority...) are either cut or blatantly fat, I admire her for staying with her natural beauty. Now whethter she has had work done or not isn't important because she looks natural and tonight it showed. When the women come out to preform their outfits or skin is soooo tight that nothing moves. Tonight Molly's top of her outfit was loose and things were kept in by the elastic trim to it. It showed she still has a 'bounce' in her step.

And since that got me thinking of breasts, I remembered this southern chicken wing recipe from Memphis (or so they claimed) that got me wanting more. But then it happened, the shower scene with Jericho. No longer did I feel an urge for chicken or breasts. But right when I was starting to get things settled hunger wise, Bubba Dudley comes out in shorts showing chicken white legs. So tonight was chicken breasts scrapped off my menu for a while, so are chicken legs now. Good thing they have wings!

Now the next point is to rehash what someone brought up about Stone Cold's image. Someone brought up the drinking and driving, HHH brought up the Barney Fife references for the sheriff thing, and Stone Cold and the creative geniuses behind him decide to push his envelope further. Was I the only one to get a little hint of 'OLD fashioned southern hospitality' with a beer swilling redneck on a 4 wheeler chasing a black man around looking to harm him? And finally catching him and serving up 'justice' as SCSA calls it now? I realize I am reading more into it than SCSA against the authority figure, but I still had the bad imagery thing about Steve still stuck in my head.

On a posistive note, minimal Evolution. Sure they all had their spots but they were minimal. Also Kudos to Batista for the move he pulled on the Dudley's. Both Dudley's are getting ready to launch him and he stops it and by brute strenght pulls them from behind and makes them smash together. Not the typical power move you expect to see and I liked it. It wasn't a double clothesline, DDT, Spear, Chokeslam, etc... Showed power and was the first time I've seen that.

Also the show was decent. Most of the big names you expect every week were there but not dominating the show in the ring. SPike vs Resistance guy, Stevie vs. Test, RVD vs. Mark Henry, even the main event was with non wrestlemania headliner material. It was nice to see some different faces in the ring (even if they don't excite me much) and yet still see the names on the mic. Most exciting show? Not by a long shot! But was good and slightly different from the norm without resorting to 'extreme shock values' to keep it fresh.

Thumbs up for this show from this fan. And a little more than a thumbs up for Molly. :eek:

Also, did anyone else notice that when there actually were wrestling, it was mainly b team wrestlers. Poop.


On a side note. The funniest thing I have seen on Raw in a while, they are showing the 3 broadcasters talk when Kane pyro goes off. Coach falls off his chair all scared from the loud bang. It was absolutely perfect timing by the Coach. I laughed my ass off.


Me thinks Christian and Jericho are both going face at the same time. Y2J is getting waaaaay too many face pops lately.

Also, real nice HBK chant.

That crowd was hot in Tennessee.
