I've heard a substantial amount of rumors claiming that HHH is being considered for movie deals. One of these was slated to be the next Conan flick, though that's been put on hold since Arnie decided to run for governor instead. Aitch was supposed to be Conan's son in the movie, and it got me thinking.

Would HHH be a good actor? Better yet, how could WWE benefit from his absence?

Firstly, I'm going to say that I'd pay money to see HHH act. He was a riot on the Drew Carey show, was hysterical in his cameo on the Rock's first SNL hosting gig, and was very entertaining on his stints on Conan O'Brien. He has a natural charisma that he shows when he's out of character, and I'd like to see how that translates into acting on something other than WWE programming. I think he'd be perfect in a Conan-type role, to be perfectly honest.

His absence would also shakeup the RAW title scene, which is probably a good thing. I say probably b/c although he has gotten stale as champ, his tenure with the belt has given it some pretty decent significance (he's held it for about a year now). His absence would also create a hole for a franchise-level heel that someone would have to fill. Granted, he'd keep his spot in Evolution and probably do one-off appearances to promote Orton & Batista (since I can almost guarantee you he's coming back to that group), but someone would really need to step up and grab the heel reins from him -maybe Jericho, maybe Kane, maybe someone from Smackdown (Brock?). Who knows.

So what do you guys think? What would be your reaction if HHH went off to pursue a movie career?

HHH leaving for a bit is good, but in my opinion he is not a good actor. i can't see him suceeding at being a movie star.

Blah, I heard the same rumor long ago about The Rock being his son. HHH may have some skill but it is not natural.

The only thing I have seen him be good at was his quick wit or ability to smooth his way out of a !@#$ up.The fact that he has to go out looking for roles instead of them coming to him shows that he is not taken seriouisly. I can't see him being taken seriously playing the leading role. And I can't see him wanting to take a back seat to anybody. He sure can't seem to do it in the WWE.

Can you imagine HHH and The Rock having a movie come out at the same time? Anything he does he thinks he has earned or deserves it.

I can't see him as being a Ric Flair years from now. If you think Wrestling is in trouble now, just wait 20 years from now when Steph owns half the biz and her and HHH run the show.

It is a shame he has such a lousy attitude and can't handle the negitivity. It will come back to haunt him when he is retired and books and auto-biographys are done on him and people finally get to say what they really think about how it was working with him back then. They will say the only thing he did for wrestling is put himself in the spotlight and keep himself there for a long time.

He reminds me of Scrooge. Does everything he can to keep himself on top even at the expensive of others.

Lol, no! It is just a fluke that HHH is on raw and everyone else that would have taken the belt off him by now are on Smackdown.

Do you think that if Angle was on Raw that HHH would still have the belt? If he was on Raw, and HHH still was the champ, then it would be very hard to explain why. HHH has no choice to lose to Goldberg. No one else seems to be getting a push or good enough in Vince's eyes to be the champ or challenge HHH for it. HHH is Vinces little voice in his head that suggests the best things to do. Not to mention Vince likes big guys and HHH has that going for him.

How convenient that HHH is going to drop the belt when he wants to take some time off to get married and find a movie to whore himself in.
