Mine was when he FINALLY retired from the ring and was the commissioner.
His interaction with E & C was the best comedy the WWE has ever produced.
And when I say finally retired, I am referring to the fact that he was way too banged up to be out there anymore.

i loved when Mick got the Hardcore Belt from McMahon because it was about then that he was starting to get the Main Event push that he deserved for years.
Coming back as Cactus Jack was my favorite cuz it was MSG and I WAS THERE LIVE! Awesome match, great memory

His speech when he came out to save McMahon from SCSA's wrath as Dude Love and said something along the lines of, "Now Steve-o, I know you're plannin on layin some heavy-duty booty to Vinny, but Vince is the guy who writes the checks that lets the Duuude live the lifestyle that he leads."
Then there's the one that I had as my sig for a while where he was fueding w/Chyna and HHH and was convinced Chyna wanted him. That one is one of the best - "Now Chyna, I know there's a lot of sexual tension running between us - you with your revealling outfits, and I with mine ..."
Foley is God. Funny, Dedicated, and certainly Unorthodox, I marked out for him like a maniac.

Though Foley, in my opinion, had the wrestling talent of my boxer shorts, he was probably the best mic workers ever to grace the WWE.
How does everyone else feel about that?
Unlike The Rock or Austin he didn't rely on special phrases to get him over, though he often DID use phrases to poke fun at them from time to time. He could do a promo which was hillarious or he could do one which was serious (Cactus Jack). All in all, he really had something about him which made you want to listen to the things he had to say. Plus, his character was the underdog so naturally you always felt a little something for him...and his words.

Hs time with E&C as commisioner or calling mcmahon "Dad", and handing him the slurpee after Ut\Kane broke mcmahons ankle. The Rock fued was pretty f'in cool too.
