Jim Ross vs. Jonathan Coachman.

A WWE Pay-Per-View match.

The cream of what they have to offer on show.

Maybe I'm over-reacting, maybe I'm not, but:

WHAT THE HELL IS THIS DOING ON PPV? THIS ISN'T EVEN A HOUSE SHOW MATCH! THEY'RE ANNOUNCERS! THERE'S A WHOLE RAFT OF UNDERUSED TALENT THAT WON'T BE ON THE PPV BECAUSE WE'LL HAVE TO ENDURE JIM ROSS AND JONATHAN COACHMAN!

Thoughts?

I thought that this match was pretty laughable at first, but I can think of a stipulation that'd make the match interesting: if Coach wins, he gets to take JR's place as the PBP guy on Raw. Even better would be if they made it a tag match between Snow & Coach vs. JR & The King with the same stip: winning team gets to announce on Raw. At least that way, there'd be some kind of heat to the match, and if it went the tag route, at least 2 wrestlers would be involved.

And, in a dream world, to fill in on commentary during this match, I'd have "Mean" Gene Okerlund and Bobby "The Brain" Heenan have a reunion to call the match. Hey, it could happen...

Yeah, that's pretty awful.

I would've had it for a HEAT match or a pre-PPV match. No reason this should be on the card.

Y2J, I think a certain wrestling company read a certain suggestion about what to do with the JR/Coach match...

JV mentioned that he remembered reading this idea on the forum in his latest Raw Report

Here it is JV. I remembered it as soon as Bischoff announced it that someone here came up with that very idea.

Fuc k off, I do think it's possible that people at WWE would read JV's work, but these people surely have more important things to do than read through idea's on his open forum.

It was a good idea, taking nothing from Y2J, but it wasn't exactly the most out there one.

I think its funny that people assume that not 1 person in the WWE could be bothered reading some of these posts.

Of course there is a possibility. You dont think there could be an intern or staff member that knows about this site (since it is well known that some WWE staffers know about this site) and that they may want to read some of the things that the "internet marks" have to say about their product.

I honestly think there is a shot. I am not an idiot and think that they sit there and wait for our every word, but some good ideas (that they can take credit for) do come up quite a bit here.

I don't know if anyone from WWE read my post or not, but it is pretty common sensical to make an otherwise joke of a match a little more interesting by adding actual wrestlers to it and sweetening the pot by adding an interesting stip. Not rocket science, gentlemen.

But its WWE we are talking about, and we ALL see how good they are at writting storylines.....So while i find it hard to believe that they come on to the open forum part of the site and read, I do find it Possible.
