I think Booker T.

Booker is a good face and RAW (and WWE) desperately needs a face title run.

Booker, if put over fully, could really really be over with the fans (not that he isn't already).

He could put over Y2J or Booker and then those two could have a run at each other.

I chose Booker for a few reasons

He needs that little nudge forward.. the belt may give him that

He isnt in the Kliq

He isnt a washed up old man

He is the only one outside of the Kliq that isnt damaged Goods (yet).

Noone all that much, But if i had to pick 1, Id say RVD. He is the most ready cept for Y2J and i dont think a belt would help him much, He gets over quiet well himself.

And, I just dont see Booker T carrying a belt, "Leading" the WWE. Think about that one........

Might I add one thing.........It should never have gotten to the point where HHH is deciding who he puts over. That should be left to the creative team. But then again, that would be asking too much. Ya know, letting the people that write the show deciding what happens.
