Rep Power: 7 ![]() | I believe that his condition has been controlled by drugs. Don't quote me on that. I fail to see how him continually growing would lead to excess fat, and not muscle, gain (if he stuck to a strong training regimen.) Let's not forget that Andre didn't lead the healthiest of lifestyles either - used to down pitchers of wine one after another whenever he went out. |

The more you grow the more you need to eat no? Do you know how hard it would be for him to work out? I mean when you are in shape it is one thing but obviously it isn't easy for the guy being the size he is. |

Rep Power: 42 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | what i've heard about the condition, and again i'm not an authority on it so dont quote me on it, is that people like Show and Andre are too big for their respiratory and circulatory systems to function at their normal levels. Basically, their hearts need to work extra hard to pump blood throughout their bodies. This makes it more difficult to exercise, especially cardio, since the heart is already working overtime just performing normal daily tasks. Then, it becomes a matter of controlling eating/drinking habits, which apparently isnt Show's strong point

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | In spite of this all, I don't think that Big Show's in-ring work has been bad lately. Ever since they moved him over to Smackdown, he's managed to maintain his spot at the top of the card - and that's not something that booking can do alone. Sure, he's not as agile as his old self in WCW, but I think that he can put on a good match, so long as his opponent is decent. Big Show isn't the type of wrestler who can get a good match out of anybody, but he can hold his own with the good workers.
