In the Raw magazine article he said that he worked himself into the best shape of his life in preparation for his comeback, which ended up being just one last match. The working out along with being unable to drink beer got him into great shape, thats why he looks so much better now. I wouldn't count on it lasting long now that his wrestling career is over and he can drink beer again.
