Rep Power: 6 ![]() | I just realized something while reading through some posts. We (the fans) obviously have our favorites and know what we'd like to see, and since we here are more educated on average than millions and millions of other fans (who actually watch it not to critique it, but for entertainment) and see thing in a business sense also instead of just entertainment.... Enoug of trying to sound smart! My point is, do they have us fooled also? How often have you argued or debated your point vs. someone elses? How often do we tap into our own "internet resources" for info and claim to be the first to come to this conclusion? How often have we gotten heated about a topic just because we are a fan of that particular superstar? My point is this. Do you think they may make some of these mistakes in the shows on purpose? I know sometimes they try things and they fail, but are they smart enough to throw in some 'glitches' for the more educated fans to debate about and discuss. Have they given us something to talk about other than the wrestlers? They know we exist, we know they read the reputable message boards (like this one) and could it be some of this stuff is there to elicit a response out of us? What would we talk about if things were run without the 'glitches' that get discussed here? We'd only have opinions on what we'd like to see rather than have interesting discussions on what possibly could be done to fix things. Then they read up and come up with new ideas and sometimes incorporate them into their business. Have you ever gone on a rant and day "That SUCKED! This is what I would do...." Only to see it done down the line. So do they throw out the entertainment value for the fans and throw in [u:post_uid0]some slight discretions[/u:post_uid0] for the fanatics? Just to keep us going? Could they have us fooled? Look at it this way, the average fan gets POed because Trips beat their favorite face by cheating. We get POed because of the reasons behind it, fake injuries, other guy needed a push, he wouldn't job to him.... You don't get to be the ONLY major thing by making as many mistakes as they have/do. I think some are thrown in for us. Looking forward to hearing some intelligent opinions on this, and this is just a thought I came up with while reading some of the heated debates posted here. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Oh yes, I'm am very sure that WWE makes mistakes to lower the quality of their product, just so some internet fans will have something to discuss on message boards and in chat rooms. That is a very likely cause for all these "glitches". ![]() |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | I'm basically saying some of the stuff. Kind of like Microsoft leaving known vulnerabilites in some of their products so they can improve on things. I mean they must leak some of this priviledged info out for people to think they are in the know! And you have to remeber, even if there are 1 million of us, we are still only a small percentage of their audience worldwide. I take no offence to any comment, but every company puts out some crappy quality products on purpose to make their better stuff seem better. So why not throw in some discretions into a storyline to keep us amused, because we do keep ourselves somewhat entertained discussing these things, and why wouldn't they try to give us something? Remember, some of the things, as small percentage worth of their errors and nothing really affecting the quality of the show just something for the observant to talk about. |
