I'd have to say it is a tie between the Diamond cutter, the stunner, Sweet chin music and Pedigree. <---just kidding!

The pedigree is actually pretty bad-ass when you think about it and it allows HHH to pose before he hits it. While it depends a lot on the person who takes it (Foley = amazing, Rock = good, Flair & Hogan = ugahhhh...), it's still a tight finisher.
I'm going to go with (outside of my sentimental favorite Socko Claw/Love Handle/Ball Claw) Undertaker's Tombstone Piledriver. When he first pulled it out and would pin guys by holding their hands over their chest (as corpses are positioned in caskets) I used to totally mark out for it. No one could even come close to doing it as well as old Taker. I mean, the camera would pan out, he'd square up to it in the middle of the ring, stare straight ahead the whole time, then plow the guy. Awesome. Simply awesome.
Of course, quick-hitters such as the Stunner and Sweet Chin Music are always fun. But in the end, it's the Tombstone.

My favourite finisher? Gore, when he crouches in the corner, it builds an anticipation, then sprints, and OH CRAP HE JUST KILLED HIM he runs right through them.

A personal favourite, though you don't see very many people use it, is a Russina Neck Breaker, but out of the current WWE, it has to be either the Crippler Cross Face or The Angle Lock, just because they can pull those moves out of any situation

The Crippler Cross Face is Chris Benoit's finisher. Just because it's not an impact move doesn't make it any less of one. Ok with the Angle Lock, because it isn't his finisher, but for Benoit...
