| Wrestling in a down cycle. Yet there are 6 hours original programming screened from 4 distinct brands every week. How come the only people who think wrestling is on a down are internet wrestling fans? I'm suprised to find that on my team at work of 18 people 7 regularly follow wrestling. Fair enough I'm the only hard nut, "makes a good heel", talks the inside lingo type fan. But I just realised there are a lot of casual fans still out there. We should stop embarassing them with our "Did you see that Holly Hardway slash?" talk and just go back to the niave watch wrestling cos it's fun way of life. | ||||||||||||||

| I don't think wrestling is on a down, i believe its going at a steady rate and maybe within a year, there is going to be an explosion and it will become as good as it was back in the attitude era. | |||||||||||||||

| I think I agree with KJay. I watched some of ECW on download and it wasn't too bad. RAW has been solid. SD! still sucks, but whatever.. TNA has been ok. Average. I still hate where Jarrett is on the card. | |||||||||||||||

| I agree with the point that, for the amount of output they are having to put out there, it's not bad programming.....if a little lacking in a real spark to garner greater numbers. It's running along smoothly enough I guess. My only point (of hilarity?) revolved around the suggestion that we are somehow now watching four "distinct brands". We are watching three versions of Vince McMahon programming with tiny weeny differences in each, and TNA. The last time we had distinct brands was when WCW and ECW were truly in existence around six years ago, and then we really did have three "distinct brands" to watch. | |||||||||||||||
