Rep Power: 9 ![]() ![]() | MVP of the moment. So Summerslam wasn't too great this year, a loaded card turned a 3/3 1/2 at best rating (I thought the booking was attrociuos (sic). So as always after a big PPV there comes a lull, and in this case a bit of a deep lull. If you can (past all the doom and gloom) can u pick one rising star. A performer who is drawing and is performing? My nominations would be ....... Booker T : Transitional? probably but Booker has carried everything that his both worked and bombed on Smackdown for the last 9 months, the King is certainly pulling his weight. CM Punk : Slow build, not booked as invincible, ROH's mega-star is carrying ECW's mid-card and drawing all by himself. Edge : Certainly the best heel in the business right now, Edge and Lita play the part perfectly, I just want to see him against a true face soon to see if it works. I can't really choose right now but if I did it would probably be the legend killer himself, I'm just sooo mad WWE decided not to give him the final string to his perfect bow, damn you Hogan, damn you to hell!!!! |

His natural heel ability is so smooth. While I would like to see him do less cheating in his matches, it's also what makes him such a good heel. People hate that shit. haha. I also do freaking love Booker T lately. He seems to have adopted a British accent as well in recent weeks. I love how he speaks like a king and it really looks like he might bust out laughing during any of these promos. Big Show has been another MVP in my eyes. He is making the ECW title look strong and has taken more chair shots in the past month then he has in his prior 5 years in the WWE. Big ups to all 3.

This includes: Nitro, Shelton, Carlito, Umaga, and Kane. These guys are what makes RAW a great show. DX have their moments, Edge and Cena have had a great feud, Orton has done all he can do, but without the mid card the show would be pretty mediocre. On SD!, it's funny because they also have a decent mid card but it's the main storylines In my opinion that really hold the show back.

He has really taken it to a new level since the KOTR. (I just watched Smackdown for the first time in a while Friday. I actually really liked it. Who woulda thunkit?

Rep Power: 9 ![]() ![]() | I think he is a good worker that hasn't yet grasped the pschcology of a great match, seeing as he came thru Tough Enough, OVW and WWE Smackdown thats par for the course, give him a long term fued with Jeff/Carlito (like they are doing) and the house show tours will bring him into the "really good" bracket in my opinion. Unlike your Master's and your Sylvan's this guy is a blue chipper that will continue to improve. IMO. |

Rep Power: 46 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I dont deny that Johnny isnt a good worker about as good as a worker as Carlito but I think he got pushed as a singles wrestler far too early, at least Mr Carabian Cool as some Charisma which Mr Melina is sadly lacking
