SD! Thoughts - Batista's Return..

I hadn't watched in weeks..I'm writing as I watch this..

- I like the King Booker, Sharmell, Regal, Finlay stable.. I guess it's a stable right? Well, They're pretty good. Lashley has been booked against them a lot and I think that's smart to stick the young guy in there with all those old vets.. He can gain experience quick..

-King Booker wins a battle royal and will face Rey at The GAB for the title.. It'd actually be cool to see Book win the belt for a while. He deserves it.

- Khali does nothing for me. Just another Giant Gonzalez type for Taker to destroy. I really wish Taker would get in there and have some quality feuds before he hangs 'em up.

- Pitbulls? Noble and Kash.. I like them, good wrestling team.. It could be sweet to see them in a match against London and Kendrick if they actually give them time.

- Mark Henry really sucks on the mic. He's been booked perfect this time around, almost as good as Umaga on RAW, but he need not talk.. Maybe a manager is in store?

- Batista is BACK!!! I'm not a huge fan but it's nice to see him back.. He's one of the only guys on SD! that has that "main event" feel about him..

I skipped pretty much all of it, but checked out the ending. Batista literally beat the shit out of Mark Henry.

It was insane. He was hitting him so hard with the chair and stairs. Awesome shit.

He really is main event all the way.

I havent watched SD! in ages. Everyone worth a nickel has left that brand. I thought for sure they were going to combine the 2 brands, especially after they cancelled the SmackDown! magazine. Maybe Batista can get that show rolling again, but I doubt it.

Smackdown has the potential to be very good but they have so much crap on that show that it is hard for the others to break through.
It also needs to be live, i've said it for that long.
You can't capture the atmosphere of a wrestling audience unless its live, the segments they re-record on Smackdown take away the feel because the audience knows whats coming so the reaction is a little less subdued.

AND

Vince needs to let the Cruisers do all of the high flying that built that division, having them mat wrestle and do the occasional flip over the rope isn't enough, let them use their full arsenal of moves.
Kendrick, London, Helms and even Matt Hardy have had far more success when they were flying through the air and entertaining the fans.

If Smackdown is to survive, Vince has to stop killing it.
