WWE is just dragging on and on trying to make it to WM. Nothing has happened for the past years. John Cena is still John Cena, HHH still HHH, Micheals still Micheals, etc. Its a waste of time. Im not watching WWE anymore.
A surprisingly good opener with DX putting over wrestlers and then giving everyone on their team promo time which has been severely lacking.
A short but sweet 5 v 5 match to further advance the story of the RAW team not getting along, along with a stip that added at least a little bit of intrigue.
A good Ted Dibiase/Randy Orton segment backstage which helped tease the eventual break up of Legacy.
A Ted/Orton "match" that the fans bought into big time and were dying for a Ted face turn. Great seeds for when he eventually does turn face and just like with Cody when Dusty got RKO'd, this showed the fans are dying for a face turn for them to shut Orton up.
A moving Captain Lou video package.
And then Cena/HHH which was more second hour but the first hour was all great story development/PPV build and this was really quality wrestling. While a few snoop segments were less than entertaining and the Chavo/Horny stuff sucked, the show had a lot of good and some really good build for the PPV.
As for Cody/Ted thing, Raiz, I can't really prove how they have charisma except that Cody carries himself so well and has a real swagger (Jack?) about him and Ted is pretty damn natural too.

I wasn't having a go at you Ken. Just found it funny that your whole argument was based on the premiss that surely it's obvious they both have charisma... Granted, it is. But that's not the point when you're posting on an internet forum. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

it Ken The Killer....You break down the first hour to prove to me that Raw was exciting, but I just don't see it.
I read it as...the opening segment didn't suck. It wasn't incredibly boring as usual. Aren't you tired of DX putting over wrestlers? Just let them wrestle! Do I really need 15 minutes of lame jokes? Do you seriously not hear Cody Rhodes enough. Or Big Show? Who even cares about Jack Swagger? He might be a talented guy...but he's another zero charisma guy thrown in there for lack of anyone else.
On top of everything the whole cocept is ridiculous. Why am I supposed to care if Raw beats Smackdown? I just watch them on T.V., I don't have a personal stake in things. Who cares who represents Raw against Smackdown? If Smackdown were taping instead of Raw am I supposed to suddenly hate Raw?
The match itself was kind of crap. It may have been technically 5 on 5, but there was no time for anything to develop....and did it really need to be joined in progress? Am I supposed to hope one team wins or something? what was the point? If one guy replaces another on the Raw team, why does that matter?
Randy Orton and Ted DiBiase backstage segments don't do it for me. Why am I supposed to care if Ted DiBiase is finally getting a backbone? He hasn't done one redeeming thing in his career. Is it that I'm supposed to be happy because finally they may be done with this boring Legacy crap? How long are they going to drag this breakup on for? Just do it already!
I'm not sure why the crowd was into the "match". Three face shoves and a couple of chest pushes isn't exactly a match, but whatever. I truly believe the crowd just wanted SOMETHING to happen.....and once again it didn't.
Why would I like it if either guy turns face? They're both still arrogant jerks (and not in the good Randy Savage way). I really don't see it as a face turn. They're just sick of Randy Orton.
The Lou Albano thing was okay...but it would have been more enjoyable as a break from the action, rather than a break from the commercials and endless commentary.
As far as charisma goes....it shouldn't be that hard to explain. If you really can't say why a guy is exciting and likeable, he's probably not. You guys are actually saying "it's obvious", like I'm blind to not see it.
They look the same. They don't say anything funny, or cutting edge. They barely even raise their voices. They're like robots. Maybe they have potential to be charismatic...but at the moment they're both boring as hell.
Seriously, what is entertaining about either one? Compare the Million Dollar Man to Ted Jr. There is no comparison. The MDM was 10x more entertainig. He had a character and a gimmick. Jr. has black tights.
I'm tired of just building for the PPV's (especially ridiculous PPV's like Bragging Rights). Give the people who tune in on a weekly basis some entertainment.
First of all, Bragging Rights is stupid. They have had the brands together for a few years now, and all of a sudden its Smackdown! and Raw separate again. WTF? And where is ECW gonna play in this? I dunno, its just a mess. I love TNA more right now.
Depending on who is actually in a match these days I tend to actually fast forward the matches because they just bore me to tears and I feel like watching something else. I do watch most of the segments because I love to see a bit of comedy here and there and some of the promos but other than that Raw has no substance. There is nothing on the show that would make me stay glued to it like I was 4 or 5 years ago. WWE is a sinking ship in character development and the creation of new stars.

Re: What The Hell Is Going On?
I've been confused about bragging rights myself. How is it beneficial for the brands to attack each other and talk about how much the other brand sucks and has an inferior product. Is anyone out there so touched in the head that they would really care to cheer on one show over the other at a ppv. Obviously we all can say, well this show is better than that show... But do we really care which show the Big Show would rather wrestle for? And obviously ECW is so inferior that they don't even get to participate. Isn't that why people quit and kill themselves, b/c they've been moved to that 3rd tier C level show?
