It's going to always be like this. I mean, you're going to run out of people to feud with sooner or later with such a limited amount of wrestlers on the brands. That's why I think the brands should merge...it would surely freshen shit up. You could say do a draft, but that hasn't worked at all.

Not necessarily. Even on RAW there are countless guys who could have got shots. MVP should have got a shot, Henry should have got a shot. Guys like Bourne, Swagger, Miz etc could and should have been pushed better so they could have challenged for the title, even if only in a one off "tester". There are definitely guys out there who could break the monotony, it's just that WWE refuse to try anything new.
The problem with Orton is that he is always facing Trips and Cena, so he's always the underdog due to the size/credibility of these guys. Orton's character works a lot better if he is the big bully against an underdog face. He really should be facing guys like Bourne, Kofi etc.
