Yes because HBK attacking ref gives RATED-RKO the victory. Also the fact is that Edge and Orton were attacking Triple quads in the match. I know wrestling is fake. However Triple H did injured his quads in the match so speaking from a kayfabe view Edge and Orton are responsible for what happen.
