Is that because of Punk or because Punk was feuding with a more universally beloved wrestler in Jeff Hardy than anyone Orton has feuded with since well...Jeff. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
I hate to give any credit to Orton, he's been feuding with guys who haven't been able to get consistent face reactions.
Oh yeah, I would never say that Orton has been helped by the booking. It's obvious that being booked against the same guys constantly is bad, especially when Orton's character would work so much better if he wasn't the underdog, which he is against big guys like Cena and Triple H. That said, I still think Punk knows how to act like a heel more than Orton does, and despite some negative reactions in Cena's case, him and Triple H are still two of the most popular stars in WWE.

I believe Randy Orton WAS and still IS the greatest heel in the WWE today. From the days past of the Legend Killer and his spectacular feud with The Undertaker to his first and second WWE championship reigns against John Cena and others, Randy Orton has proved his ability to be the heel.

Punk's pre-match promo was great, he's the best chickenshit heel in years. Orton's "I have no opinion. I expected them to win, and they won" promo was cringeworthy.
Orton voters need to explain themselves.
The fact orton said what he said about legacy is clearly leading to the fact that he really does not care which will soon enough lead to the end of legacy.
Randy orton is by far a better heel, if not that a super heel, CM punk has to play off the crowd and slam on them, when orton plays off what he has to not reffering to the crowd and attracting major heat but then attracting the fans he deserves.
Dont doubt me though il give it to punk he has what it takes to be a major heel.
I legit hate Orton, can't say the same about Punk. Punk, though plays a good heel has many lovable traits, and him being preachy about drugs, etc. could be taken both ways.
Orton however is a legit asshole. He has no remorse, he has the heel look, and his monotone voice enhances that.
I prefer watching Punk than Orton anyday, but I think Orton plays the better heel simply because it's easier to hate him.
they are both really good heels. they are gettin the job done for sure....i actually hated punk as a face but since he turned heel he has become one of my favorite wrestlers now
