Punk's character is very much relateable. I mean nobody wants to here someone continue to shove his message down your throat night after night. And when I hear a Punk promo there are things that I would say, even though I know it's not real and Punk is just playing his heel role.
Just remember that I said in my first post above, I'm bored with both guys promos as of late.
Anyways,
I'll touch on the wrestlers' styles. You said Punk's style isn't good for a heel; that I really don't get. Why should he have to change his wrestling style? It's his style that got him to the top of WWE. It's his style matched with his opponent's that puts on good matches. His matches with Jericho and Jeff are examples that come to mind; even his matches with Elijah Burke and John Morrison are good examples as well. Now I know he was face against most of those guys, but his constant style has put on great matches.
And from what I read, Orton is a better heel because he doesn't do a lot of exciting things during a match? That doesn't convince me that Orton is better by any means. That's why the WrestleMania 25 main event stunk.
You say leave the flashy stuff to the faces? Well I think Edge is a prime example that someone can play a good heel and still be exciting to watch in the ring.
All right, you say people add to your argument when they talk about how Orton is boring. Well you add to my belief when you say your tired of hearing Punk say the SOS every night, because my belief that Punk is a better heel is because of his character, the self righteous jerk whose shoving his message down peoples' throats and trying to force them to be like him. So trying to put that up against Orton and his ring psychology probably isn't going to work because I believe they are two entirely different things. And I'm not saying anybody is right or wrong, it's just my belief. Nobody is going to change what I believe and I'm not trying to change the belief of anybody else.

LMAO....relax, my dear. I love both Orton and Punk but your posts make it seem like you have Punk's dick in your mouth. People are free to dislike Punk as a heel all they want. They really don't have to give a huge explanation for it.
Punk shoves his beliefs down people's throats but Orton will RKO your dad right infront of you and feel no remorse.
Orton gets my vote.

If you are talking about that certain garbage wrestling forum where your post gets deleted if it isn't 7 paragraphs long, that forums sucks balls.
Here, we like to get to the point.
Personally, I'm thrilled that RVD420 is giving well thought out answers instead of giving some half ass reply (Not saying you did).

To be honest, I find it hard to judge who's a better heel. Both wrestlers have had some decent face reactions over the last few months. So neither is perfect. I really can't stand Randy Orton. But is it really being a good heel when I change the channel when you're on? On the other hand, I'm firmly behind Punk, despite being a heel, I'm finding myself enjoying his character more than any other time during his time in the company. Making me like him even more, that's hardly being a good heel.
So which is the better heel? Just going off of fans reactions, I'll say Punk by a hair. Going after Jeff Hardy was a good way to get fans to actually turn on you. Orton does do a few really good things as a heel, but he doesn't have the benefit of feuding with someone who's so one sided beloved as Hardy was. What can Orton really do when people are chanting the goodbye song to Hunter as he's being carried out on a stretcher at Backlash?
