I would love to see him retire. The guy sucks my dink. Either that of save us with an epic heel turn and just go apeshit on people.
Batista really should always be a heel. He was aight for that initial face run, but he just comes off like an arrogant prick that he really should just be a heel.
Retirement would be pretty sweet though. He is an automatic channel changer as a face right now for me. Can't stand the guy.

Think I've said this before, but Batista basically represents everything I find "wrong" with the WWE at this point. I get that he's over and why they push him, but he's all style and no substance. He's not that good in the ring - he's sloppy and really only has a good match when someone pulls him to it. He also doesn't really respect the business.
Heard a rumor that the announcement could be Batista switching to SmackDown, with someone - possibly the Undertaker - moving to Raw.

Not that I care very much, but how much longer is he due out from injury? If he's due back soon, it'll probably be something to do with a brand change or calling out someone, but if he still has a while to go..maybe it'll be a retirement announcement *crosses fingers*
Well Orton put him out in kayfabe terms so obviously the logical thing would be a Batista/Orton feud, but that would put me to sleep.
I personally think he's going to challenge Cena for the title, but Orton will come out and tell him he still has his rematch, Batista will say he has unfinished business with Orton etc and they'll have a match. Orton will lose to Cena inside the Cell then Cena/Batista II at Survivor Series. I imagine HHH/Orton will continue at some stage too.
Him retiring wouldn't bother me at all, but I do think he's a waste to an extent, despite his limited ability. He would be great as a heel or a badass face, but his character's too tame to be interesting.

I thought he was back from his injury, didn't know he picked up another one. I don't know what it is, but I like when they do this type of thing, it makes you want to watch Raw.

Anyway chances are his announcement will have something to do with Orton considering Orton was the one who "injured him". I'd Mark for him coming out & saying he's retiring though.
