Dolph Ziggler: A Cross Between Mr. Perfect and "Ravishing" Rick Rude
I'm not sure if anyone else caught it, but when Todd Grisham asked JR about who Ziggler reminded him of, he said a cross between mr. perfect and rick rude. I just wanted to get everyone's thoughts on this. Does he remind you of the two said names? If so, why? If not, who does he remind you of?

You know, when I was watching Ziggler/Morrison, I felt like I could be watching this generations version of Bret Hart vs HBK. Or Perfect, too. Those two guys just brought back memories of watching the IC title fueds of 80's/90's, back when those guys were the SHIT. You had Hogan, Savage, Flair, Warrior getting the big matches and PPV's, but Perfect/Rude/HBK/Bret were having MOTY's and stealing the show.
Morrison and Ziggler aren't there yet. But they will be. Sooner than some people might think.

Surely that would require Morrison having great matches though?
As for Ziggler, I can definitely see the similarities with Mr Perfect, mainly in terms of his gimmick. He's good and he knows it. His music even starts with "I am perfection".
I think his push is going very well so far and he has all the tools to make it big.

Re: Dolph Ziggler: A Cross Between Mr. Perfect and "Ravishing" Rick Rude
No one has said Ziggler's better than those 2 just that he may remind them of those 2. And Ziggler is brilliant, I bet you haven't been even watching him. Stay on point BUTTERS.
Re: Dolph Ziggler: A Cross Between Mr. Perfect and "Ravishing" Rick Rude
Ziggler is not overrated in the least bit. He'll get he IC title reign, and the theory will come full circle. He has the perfect Curt Hennig attitude. However, he lacks the finesse, showboating, and sex appeal of Rick Rude.
