Most of us have seen the Angelic Diablo personna Matt has created a while ago, and would I would love to see that character portrayed in WWE. Matt is injured (or might not be), but I thought of a way to give him something in booking, and maybe a little time to recoup.
Matt is in a match with someone, it could be anyone; best bet is Morrison. Morrison wins or Taker comes in and clears the ring, lays Matt out and hangs him on the taker's cross. This causes matt to be off tv for 2 months or so. Everyone wonders where he is, matt could do some house shows if needed. Then after a couple months he comes to the ring as a minion and helps taker in some way.
This could be a way for taker to pass the torch to someone that respects the business. This could also be a build up for Takers next wrestlemania win or even first loss.
Matt Hardy is horrible and boring. He doesnt deserve to be included in a program with taker...
ITs happened before.....
I am a huge M Hardy Follower and I think the idea sucks. I like his current Heel persona and i think if booked right he will do great...dont like the idea of him coming to Smackdown again....for a 5th time. lol.

Lol quite true about the 5th time to Smackdown. I agree here that the idea sucks and his V1 persona with Shannon Moore following him was good. Maybe another version would be interesting or create a stable of sorts but i'm not sure who would be in it.

i would love to see Gregory helms return as full on heel and him and Hardy team. and I was talking about his program with Taker back in 2003, right before he left to Smackdown...the first time.

Hardy and Helms should create a heel Tag Team called Team Omega. Hardy is best in Tag Teams, and the more legit teams in the WWE the better. He could still do singles matches, but I'd hate to see him pushed. A lot of people overrate Matt Hardy as a singles guy. Neither Matt or Jeff are really any good in singles, the thing is that Jeff caught on to the point where he could lather face paint on his testicles while taking a dump in the middle of the ring and the kids and overweight girls would still go nuts.

Awfuls ideas. All of them. The only thing that could really help Matt Hardy is not only proper booking, but a Raven-esque gimmick to match his charisma and skills as a heel. Put him up top as well. It could lead to a huge heel draw like he had earlier this year until the draft ruined it.

I feel Matt is your modern day Jake Roberts, understands how to work a match. The psychology, how to bring the fans on the edge of their seat. But does not get the credit he deserves, and is often overshadowed. Jeff to me is the Cactus Jack who has to get the "Holy Shit" response and can not have a solid match without jumping off of something big.
