With ECW One Night Stand 2 only 12 or so hours away.. I got to thinking. How can they possibly have RVD lose the match against Cena? The place will go absolute bonkers if that were to happen.. You could argue that WWE doesn't care but I don't think even they would risk ending the PPV like that.
So.. I'm expecting RVD to win the title. However, he won't go to ECW with it and he won't be calling it the ECW World Championship. I believe John Cena will envoke a rematch on RAW and we'll get the predictable Cena win..to begin his 3rd title reign.
On the flipside, I see Sabu winning the World Heavyweight Championship from Rey and that being the title to be renamed.
So how do you see them getting a world title? Are they just going to have a tourney at some point and get the ECW World Championship back?
They could just have Rhino continue his reign haha..
Apparantly at the TNA house-show at ECW arena Rhino cut a promo saying that he'd had the offer but has decided to stay withTNA, Spike did the same.
I think their 1st champion is probably going to have to be a known guy to get things started.. Maybe RVD wins a tourney, Sabu brings over Rey's belt, or maybe even Kurt Angle is their 1st champ just because he's Kurt Angle..
As far as TV Champ goes.. I'd make someone like CM Punk the champion, but it could be a lot of different people..
Tag champs will probably be The FBI I would imagine.
You know whats good about this thread, the fact that it's happening. How many times are the two main events on a PPV this hard to call? I could so a title unification bout for the end of the night happen yet.
You're right.. It is hard to call because I just can't see both ECW guys losing in their home building. You want to tell me one of them is going to lose fine, but both? Nah. That would make the brand look too weak heading into their debut on Tuesday.
