That wouldn't have had a big impact. Vader was going to drop the belt to Bret in order for the Bret/Michaels trilogy to continue. The only impact that Vader losing had was that Sid won the World Title at Survivor Series.
Here's a bit of a stretch. The Ultimate Warrior killed Davey Boy Smith. Had they decided not to have the trap door for Warrior, Davey Boy wouldn't have landed on it and got hurt. It was that injury that led Smith into more and more drug use. That drug use ended up killing him. Had Davey Boy been in any shape to put on a good match in 1999 while back in the WWE, he would of received a much bigger push. I wouldn't have been surprised if he would of had a short title reign in place of The Big Show.

Due to Hogan not winning the AWA Championship and Verne refusing to give Hogan a cut on merchandise of Hogan's while Hulk was in Japan, Hogan agreed to come back to the WWE. While many have tried saying it was the WWE Machine that was the success and not Hulk Hogan himself (Typically said by the likes of Ric Flair who could be a bit bias just because of how much of a success Hogan was compared to them), but I'm not too sure. For all of the other guys who have been mentioned about possibly filling in for Hogan (Steamboat, Hayes, Von Erich, Slaughter, Graham or Savage) I don't feel as if any of them could of been as big of a success. Take away Hogan and I believe the WWE wouldn't have been as big of a success. That may of saved several territories or at least keep some in business for longer. If Verne could get his ass straight with the marketing of Hogan (Considering the Hogan of the AWA and Hogan of the WWE 80's were the same) it may of been Verne having the most success. No Hogan means no Wrestlemania, no PPV, no SNME, no MTV specials and possibly no Vince being on top.

What if Kurt Angle accepted Vince McMahon's supposed huge contract and signed with the WWF right after the Olympics where he won his gold medal?
He would of probably just had the push that Mark Henry had. Who knows whether he would of been given the same character he was given in 1999. Especially with the talent roster not being as good as it was in 2000, he wouldn't have been as impressive. Overall, I wouldn't say it would of been a huge change, although I imagine Angle was better off waiting as he did.
