I'm loving this Hogan DVD. For the first time, Hogan is getting a DVD not full of re-releases. It may not have the star power of his past DVD's, but there's some matches that has not only never been released on DVD, but also not even on Coliseum Home Video. Seeing Backlund vs Hogan in DVD quality is going to be insane. The Rick Rude match is the other main reason why I want the set. I believe this was their only match they ever had together in the WWE (Singles only). Prior to this, it had only been released on Best of the WWF # 20, Coliseum Home Video. Finally, Bret Hart vs Hogan from Nitro was turning out to be one of Hogan's best technical sound matches before the screwy finish.
I love that the WWE is starting to dig deep to find rare gems instead of just going for the same old shit.

So happy that the tagged classics have reached the year 2000. I'll probably buy them all eventually just because I'm such a mark for that year, partly because it was good but probably mainly nostalgia.
Same here i love that they are going back so far with the Tagged classics and restoring these to digital quality and jope they keep going with this DVD set.

Vader has been everywhere on the past couple of three disc sets WWE have bought out. They should've at least added a profile of him to the best stars of the 90's set.

Missing some good matches on that last disc for obvious Benoit reasons. Other than that, they covered the classics pretty well and I'm glad their going to document the whole NWA journey.
Still, good matches are missing from the set.
The Vader/Steamboat match I think is the only good match on the WCW series. I remember Flair/Hogan, Luger/Windham, and Sting/Hogan being dissapointments when I first saw them.

I'll definitely obtain the history of the World Heavyweight Championship. I love wrestling documentaries. For the most part WWE usually does a good job on them.
Just saw this while looking on Silvervision. I am a little suprised that they are releasing this DVD considering the news about him a few weeks ago:
