Besides the obvious sadness over the lack of Chris Benoit. It looks like a great set. Disc 2 is amazing. FINALLY having Midnight Express vs Southern Boys is worth the price of the DVD alone.
It looks ok. The doc doesn't look like it'll focus on each section for a long period of time. And considering it's about the fall of WCW I'd have liked to have seen some of the more intresting/stupid match types they pomoted in 2000-2001.
Looks very good. I didn't watch much (if any) WCW back in the day, so I will be picking this DVD up more for the matches than the actual documentary. I'm sure the documentary will be okay, but the lack of Eric Bischoff on there does mean it'll be lacking in some stories.

With the Controversy Creates Cash book, Monday Night Wars DVD, Legends of Wrestling series and various other DVD's, I doubt Bischoff has many new stories to talk about on the WCW DVD. I imagine the WWE will just throw on old videos of Bischoff talking about WCW.

I suppose so, but it still would have been nice to have had him on the DVD.

I hadn't heard this was coming out, but I expected they'd do one on him soon. It looks ok. But that's a whole lot of Batista. Possibly too much for me.
Yawn-o-riffic. I don't mind watching about his upbrining, and I expected this DVD to come out sometime soo, but I think the only credible match he has had is with Taker at WM 23.

The match against Kane and the tables match wern't even average. They were bad.
There are a few I don't remember here but I can't think of too many great Batista matches. I guess they had to add the Cyber Sunday match against Taker as well as the Wrestlemania one because Batista actually got a win over Taker. Should have just included the whole Taker series because they're all of his best matches...
The lack of HBK in 2008 is disappointing. Both the Backlash match and the stretcher match would have been great additions here.

It's not "The Fall of WCW", it's "The Rise and Fall of WCW"; that means it also has to cover the beginning of the company and its rise.
I am finally glad to get a all-WCW DVD, but I hope we get another (like how they released a couple more ECW DVDs).
I don't really have any interest in a Batista DVD. I don't really like him in the ring and don't care about his life. If I still had Netflix I might have considered renting it, but i'm not paying money for a DVD on him.

I've read his book, so the documentry will just be going over that again, maybe with some pictures and a little archive film - but not enough to make me want to buy the DVD.
