If I had to guess, I'd say it ends up being the return of Rhyno although it could very well be Homicide and that'd be awesome. I'm kind of torn on that though, because I will miss Homicide being in ROH if he does go to ECW but it'd be a great move for him.

The return of Rhyno would be good for the actual event and match with Angle but other then that, I think Rhyno's time has passed. I no longer think he can be marketed the same way he was years ago in the old ECW.

I don't think it will be a MMA guy because the only one I could think of would be Shamrock and I don't see him risking an injury when he has that big money fight coming up with Ortiz.

CM Punk would also be a great choice but this is hinting at someone who isn't currently employed by WWE.

Im feeling Orton, the 60 days are up on ONS, WWE have released that he will be back the week after on Smackdown which suits their current smoke and mirrors approach of late. And, obviously, storyline wise it was Angle who put Orton out.

ECW fans have been thrown the bone of Angle being one of them and despite his slagging off of ECW in his auto-biography not one has said a bad thing about him. Basically with ECW Vs WWE picking up pace no-one has any problem of seeing Angle as ECW.

I wish Shamrock would return for this fight, but I doubt it will happen.
Therefore, with this list, I think the most realistic opponent, right now, would be Rhyno. Which isn't really a bad thing.

i can not wait to see how the ecw fans treat angle.. i think it will be a mixed crowd on him but if h faces someone like rhyno i think the crowd will go for him. but if it is someone outside of ecw the might behind angle.

Lance Storm may be a very good choice.
