At the same time, can you think of a single credible title reign that Edge had?
His 105 day reign as World Heavyweight Champion from Armageddon 2007 until Wrestlemania 24. That was his longest reign as world champion and I would say that it was pretty credible.

What did he even do during that time? Have a pretty forgettable feud with Rey Mysterio with both matches being pretty lousy? The reign was nothing more than killing time until it was time for Taker to win the belt.

From what I remember the Royal Rumble match between the two was good but yeah their No Way Out match was lousy. I guess you're right for the most part. Just going off memory really. So yeah I guess overall Edge has never had a credible reign as champion. They've all been crap for the most part.

The Rumble match was decent, but way below what they were capable of, so it was a disappointment. While the NWO match had a reason for being bad, the Rumble match didn't.

Edge has not only won the World Heavyweight Championship five times, but the WWE Championship four times.
The longest title run he has had with the WWE title was From July 2006 to Unforgiven 2006. All he did there was defend against Cena in a low-par SS match and a TLC.
It is embarassing to previous title holders of both titles. You do not know how much morality and credibility gets damaged with Edge, who is made to look like a weak, sadistic, loser.
Jericho hasn't had the good story lately, but ever since he has came back, I have not been dissapointed by any of his matches (except I think one with Batista, go figure....and the fact he hasn't yet beaten Kofi Kingston, which is bullshit). However, I've seen maybe three or four okay Edge matches since Jericho's return.
Sorry if you are an Edge fan, but jeez. It's getting old and ridiculous.

Although I agree Edge is more meh than not, his UT series was greatness imo.
They were good matches, but I have to say that many matches in such a short space of time really was too much and kind of highlighted one of the major problems of the tri-branded PPVs. They wrestled at 4 consecutive PPVs and then again at Summerslam, and that really is too much. It's hard to get excited about matches when they come that thick and fast. Also I remember the Judgment Day one being meh. I loved the Wrestlemania one and I thought the Backlash one was nicely worked. The TLC was just your bog standard one on one TLC match, but I much prefer his match with Cena. Hell in a Cell was good apart from the lack of blood and a few other things such as the silly ending.
Jericho/Michaels was a much better worked feud because they wern't wrestling every single PPV.
