I too think Goldust would be good on ECW. He's over, he's not a huge name but big enough that he'd look good as ECW champion, he's credible even with the gimmick he has (people know when to laugh at Goldie and when to take him seriously), and he's a damn good wrestler to boot. I've also noticed he's lost quite a bit of weight since leaving TNA, so it looks like he may be serious this time. I hope things work out for him this time, because if something happens, WWE are not likely to hire him back again and we'll probably only see him in sporadic gimmick appearances.

They gave a nod to their family connection of late, but I suspect we will never see a full Cody/Dustin feud there.
I think they would just see nothing that Cody could gain from that as being a positive. If a comedy act went more than a lil time with him it would be quite the comedown for a young guy they seem fairly high on.
