Raw is too promo/segment happy to properly push anyone as a singles wrestler.. They had what, three different segments for the Orton/ Shane match on the last Raw broadcast.
With the fact that ECW has the talent exchange with both other brands in place I don't see why Matt Hardy had to move brands to continue his fued with Jeff. Hell, it even helps the fued that they are on seperate brands because it means that if need be the 'E can keep the pair seperate when they need to.
But given that logic plays no part in the booking and it has been done, I'd put Mysterio on the brand of course. It's a perfect fit, and even though Rey can appear on other shows, he's barely making a dint on Raw so why bother unless it's a big deal and a simple one off appearance from time to time.
Also I agree that Helms and Haas would be great additions to the roster.
Umaga going there would be pointless, Tommy Dreamer is pretty much the best active face they have on the brand right now. Right now it would be better if WWE just pushed Burchill, he and Finlay are both brawlers and could put on amazing matches. Much better than Finlay/ Swagger.
I think ECW might actually become my favourite show if the roster is booked right. Some very smart moves on this weeks ECW as far as expanding the roster.
