Manu and Sim - Package these two as a modern day islander tag team, nothing hokey, but a little matchy matchy thing to make them look like a real team. They'd be a nice tag addition.. and with ECW stars penchant for appearing on both Raw and Smackdown they'd be bolstering both brands tag divisions in the same way Miz and Morrison do.
Charlie Haas - He's so talented, and just had a little hot streak.. move him to ECW and push him. He's the sort of talent they could leave on ECW like Finlay, a mainstay veteran to help build the new brand name on.
Curt Hawkins and Zach Ryder - Another team that could flurish given the "tri brand" nature of the ECW stars. Honestly, a face turn and a distancing from Edge and Vickie and that whole schtik. If you watch The Dirt Sheet and What's Crackin' you know how much personality these two guys have.. a change of scenery and a face turn might be the ticket.
Ryan Braddock - Unique look, has shown promise in the ring.. I say move him to ECW and give him some time to develop his natural personality. Lord knows he's not doing anything on Smackdown.
Scotty Goldman - He could easily be main eventing ECW right now.. with a good push and a solid little feud, maybe even a stint with the ECW title Scotty could be "Punk'd" up to the big leagues with ease.

Me = going to WrestleMania 25, The HOF and ROH's next PPV, what what? Two national pay per view events in one weekend, not bad..
Only ones who I think, if anyone, should go are Haas so he can get a solid push there and Regal so he and Finlay can put on some awesome matches together.
Are you kidding me, Kennedy is too injury prone to do anything but midcard on Smackdown. Anything more than a random Smackdown job to Triple H is out of the question, especially right now seeing as how both are face. ECW needs someone with mic ability, some star power and some wrestling ability. A few months ago I would have said Jeff Hardy would have been perfect for the show. Right now though, I'd settle for a bunch of mid carders such as Helms, Kizarny( Ton of potential with a gimmick tweak), Kendrick and Ezekiel Jackson, & Wang.
I'd like to see Seamus O'Shaunessey called up from FCW and used there. He could easily follow the Jack Swagger footprint, although I don't see him as being ready for the title yet. I see an interesting feud with Finlay in the making
