Last night on Raw it was revealed that Ric Flair would be returning to Raw next week. I'm a huge Flair fan, but I'm honestly not happy about seeing him returning. He had a historic career, and send off, his wrestling career should be over. I cant see anything good coming from this return. The last memory I have of Flair is everyone in an arena bowing out of respect for him. With this return my memory is going to change to Flair either selfishly going over a top talent or being jobbed out.
What are your thoughts on a Flair return? Are you happy to see Jericho as his likely opponent? Just give me your thoughts...
And yeah I agree. People are suggesting he will face Jericho at Wrestlemania, which is a ridiculous claim in my opinion, but I still think he is cheapening his retirement by returning. Seems like wrestlers just don't know when to stay away.

Yeah he came back in defense of HBK... I think. However, it was a forgettable run in and promo. Wrestlemania moments are things that stick in wrestling fans minds, not elbow drops on jackets, on Raw.

I am pretty sure he won't appear at Wrestlemania though. He is just returning next week to draw ratings and further Jericho's disrespect gimmick, which will end in him being put in his place by Mickey Rourke. I dont mind him coming back, as long as he doesnt wrestle. I really hope he comes back in a manager type role for Roourke at Mnania and nothing more and in the long term I think he would make a great General Manager, it beats doing a similar role in high schol gyms.
i thought he was just gonna come back and announce he was gonna induct someone into the HOF? i may be wrong tho.
Well Jericho went on a rant about legends who didnt know how to stay away from the ring and he dropped Flair's name. It was announced that Flair was returning to Raw next week( look at WWE.com's front page). I can only assume its to address Jericho.
As much as I am a fan of his...I agree with you Nexus. This man has had the perfect send off that any pro wrestler has ever gotten (From my eyes atleast) THE PERFECT send off...him returing is meirly for hyping Rourke...but to me I feel nothing speacil from it. I am not saying go away forever...but bro...your done..why are you still involved in storylines? I think it ruins the crediability of his amazing send off.

You counter your own argument of it being ridiculous when you say wrestlers don't know when to stay away. Flair has done this before, as have many others. I fail to see anything even remotely ridiculous about Flair wrestling again.
