I know people are creaming in their pants over Legacy and how "edgy" they are. However, when you look at it, there is nothing edgy about Legacy. Everything they do, from the three on one beatdowns to Ortons punt, is wrestling based. Right now Smackdown hold the most interesting storyline involving attempts on Jeff Hardy's life. Dont get me wrong, both angles are interesting, but the Hardy storyline seems more suited to Raw while the classic faction angle of Legacy seems more suited to Smackdown.
Hardy's angle is edgy, but not really that violent, like an angle about some guy kicking everyone in the head is.
Oh, and I've seen Orton become HHH's bitch too many times, so keep them the fuck away from each other.
RAW is the "A" brand, wether people want to dispute it or not, and ever since late 2007 Orton has become the undisputed top heel of the WWE, so it makes sense that he is on the top brand.

Yep. If there are two guys in the company who need to be kept apart at all costs, it is Triple H and Randy Orton. Even in winning the Royal Rumble, Orton was made to look like a joke compared to Triple H with the 3 on 1 situation.
I prefer the Legacy on RAW and Orton as RAW's top heel.

I don't really think that you can say one storyline is more suited for one brand over the other. Just kind of a useless argument. It is nice to see Legacy and they are the shit. Best stable formed since Evolution, well probably the first one, but w.e. But Like I said, it don't really matter what Brand it is on.
