Since Batista's injury...the WWE has cancelled all previous storylines. The Stalking outline wasn't supposed to be played out at all, but was given a glimpse of life. Batista expressed to the creative team about how uncomfortable he was with that storyline. So expect that when he returns after Mania...that they will start fresh with him.

That was a horrible storyline and i'm glad that it was scrapped when he was injured. He should be put back in the World Title picture when he returns.

I am glad it fell by the wayside because it sucked, however I really feel all storylines should be tied up rather than just forgotten. I mean how easy is the following :

Melina's sexual harassment case against former World-Heavyweight Champion Batista has fallen apart. Dave Batista's attourny's submitted the following video (link to obvious melina coming on to dave) from Raw last year and cheif justice Blah Blah has thrown the case out of court. Batista is reported to be very "satisfied" by the courts ruling.
