Evan Bourne suffered some sort of ankle injury at last night's ECW taping. It's believed he suffered torn ligaments in his ankle. There's no word on how long he'll be out of action at this point or if it's something he can work through.
That sucks! Especially as he was being pushed quite successfully and had wins over Chavo, Miz, Morrison and Mark bleeding Henry. Although a move away fro ECW may do him some good if they bring him back on another brand.
I tore a ligament in my ankle playing football in high school and I wasn't out but for a month. It depends which ligament and how severe it is if you are wondering how long he is out. I saw him injure it. It was when he was trying to do the jump from the corner chris jericho style on bam neely outside. He did some sort of flip and I watched it in slow mo - his ankle rolled inward when he landed, it looked bad but not severe. It looks like your common basketball jumpers rolled ankle to me.
