She's fucking ugly. TNA's gotta be crazy hiring the Chyna of the new generation. Well, they hired the untalented Diva Search 2004 champ Christy Hemme. The only 2 Divas from that Search that had any talent were Michelle (McCool) and Maria (Kanellis). At least WWE would have an excuse if Milena won the Diva Search, though I'm doing my best through ballot box stuffing to stop that.
On October 16, 2004 on Atlanta, Georgia, Dauncey took part in the "Gut Check Challenge", a talent recruitment event organized by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling in conjunction with TrimSpa as part of the Show of Strength Pro Championship weekend. The event saw entrants rated on the basis of their performance in five categories: "back bump", "mat techniques", "ring interviews", "running the ropes" and "squat challenge". The female and male events were won by Dauncey and Jon Bolen respectively, with Dauncey and Bolen rewarded with a $4,000 USD cash prize and a subsequent appearance on TNA programming. In 2005, Dauncey attended the TNA pay-per-view Bound For Glory 2005, and TNA announced that she had been signed to a developmental deal.
Dauncey returned to TNA programming on June 18, 2006 at TNA Slammiversary 2006, helping A.J. Styles and Christopher Daniels defeat America's Most Wanted for the NWA World Tag Team Championship by chokeslamming and then carrying away Gail Kim, the manager of America's Most Wanted and a perennial distraction to their opponents. She continued in her role as "neutralizer" on the subsequent episode of TNA iMPACT!, preventing Simon Diamond from interfering in a match between Styles and Daniels and The Diamonds in the Rough. During this time she was not referred to by name, with Jim Cornette referring to her as "that big Amazon woman". Her name was later revealed to be Sirelda during a video package on TNA's website. At TNA Victory Road 2006, Dauncey, Styles and Daniels defeated America's Most Wanted and Kim in a six person tag team match to retain the NWA World Tag Team Championship.

So ya, that tells you why shes even in TNA. They pretty much had to since she won the contest.

The male winner of the contest didn't get hired. He got a single appearance and was signed by WWE after TNA never pursued him, but the ugly thing they claim is a female winner was given a job, because she was already a development wrestler in BCW, TNA's Canadian Development territory run by Team Canada.
