Lita to TNA?

The reports & rumors on Lita leaving World Wrestling Entertainment are indeed true as she plans on ending her seven-year relationship with the company by the end of November. She doesn't plan on renewing her contract, which is set to expire by the end of next month. Lita will be finishing things up by Survivor Series, give or take a week in either direction.

Lita is leaving to pursue a career in local acting in Atlanta. She has a few plays and and potential independent film roles & leads lined up. Most likely, she'll end up doing local theatre in Atlanta. Regarding her future in wrestling, WWE believes that she'll wind up in TNA at some point due to the schedule. There have been no talks as of this time though.

Also, the latest issue of WWE Magazine surprisingly teases her forthcoming departure by saying that "she will possibly (be) moonsaulting her way out of WWE."

WWE seems to think she will end up in TNA so where would she fit in? Im sure she could have a few good matches with Gail Kim but Jackie and Christy arent exactly top class wrestlers.

if this is true [ which i hope it is ] then im friggin happy!!!

she doesnt do anything for the wwe now and days.

that old " extreme " lita is a thing of the past,its a memory now.

Lita in TNA wouldn't exactly be a good thing, as they have essentially no Womens' division, so bringing in a woman doesn't make much sense. The only way I could see TNA hiring her is to pay her with Christian as just another way to stick it to the WWE.

Yeah, I also don't really see much point of signing Lita, as the knockouts are more for eye candy than anything else and Lita is in no way my opinion of eye candy.

To be honest I dont think she would add much to the company either. Like arby said.. she isnt exactly the sweet peice of eye candy she use to be and without a womens division she would just go to waste.

Its not as if she is gonna draw more fewers aswell.... I rekon TNA should concentrate on bigger things instead of wasting their time getting her signed.

i don't agree that she does nothing in the wwe. i mean, she really helped put edge over as a quality heel. if not for her, i'm not sure he woulda had the same impact he's had.

She has done quite a lot for WWE, although not as much as she used too.

Still, the Women's division is already pathetic and without her would be even worse.

Other than adding her to Christian for a while to get him more heat, I don't see an obvious role for her there.
