That doesn't seem like enough really to me.
I guess it is a pretty severe punishment though.
It is still not going to stop wrestlers from using.

Getting back to the point of TNA, I'm pleased they're doing something here. Needless to say the problem itself in wrestling is a "wrestling" problem and not a WWE or TNA problem so the more companies that test and the more companies that (hopefully) punish those that fail tests, then the more hope I have for a reduction in the fatality rate in the industry.
