Rep Power: 2  | John Morrison interview ECW Champioin John Morrison was interviewed by Live Audio Wrestling, here are the highlights: - Morrison said going from Johnny Nitro to John Morrison was a big change, but it wasn’t difficult for him to pull off. He thinks John Morrison is more like himself. - He said the Morrison name was his idea, and said he had input into the new character. - Morrison said he was a big fan of the Doors, and he cuts his own promos. - He said he has written poems that he hopes gets published on WWE’s web site. - He said Chris Benoit was an amazing person, and doesn’t know what happened. Morrison said he enjoyed working with him. He said the Benoit topic is hard to talk about. - He said he doesn’t think about the fact that Benoit was supposed to win the ECW title, the title he ending up winning. “It’s a weird feeling,” said Morrison. - When asked about Congress getting involved in wrestling, he said Vince McMahon is a genius, and understands why he is defensive of his company. - Morrison said WWE’s wellness program is comprehensive. He said they recently underwent cardio testing, which he said is a pain, but now knows his heart is in his good condition. - He said WWE has opened up an office in Chyna. Source: Gerweck | |
